TalentBridge — Recruitment Agency Website
Flat-minimal site for TalentBridge recruitment — oversized type, service grid and a hiring-brief flow for companies done with churn-and-burn hiring.
Challenge
TalentBridge’s differentiator — screening for staying power, with a replacement guarantee — was buried three clicks deep on a generic recruitment template. The challenge was to make retention the headline and the whole site: a calm, confident experience for hiring managers burned by churn-and-burn agencies.
The agency’s best stories were all about tenure — placements still thriving years later — but the old site led with speed: "roles filled in days!" Speed is a commodity; retention is a moat.
Approach
We designed a flat-minimal system in white with indigo accents and Plus Jakarta Sans throughout. The hero states the positioning in five words — "Hire people who stay" — over a ghost "T", with the replacement guarantee directly underneath. Service cards form a bordered grid; the showcase names the hard-to-fill roles; the process band ends at "anniversary," not "start date." Every section reinforces the same idea: we are measured by who stays.
We also inverted the usual recruitment page order: the process band ends at the 180-day check-in, not the start date. Every section asks the same question — will they stay? — until the visitor starts asking it too.
Design highlights
Highlights include the monumental retention headline, the bordered service grid, gradient role cards, and a process band whose final step is a 180-day check-in. Testimonials lead with tenure ("still here two years on") — the only metric that matters for this brand.
Indigo keeps the palette calm and confident, and the ghost "T" gives the hero presence without gimmicks. The bordered grid feels systematic — exactly what you want from people handling your hiring.
Outcome
The site now sells the outcome, not the activity. Hiring managers arrive pre-sold on the staying-power model, briefs come in better qualified, and the guarantee turns a risk objection into the reason to choose TalentBridge.
Briefs now arrive with better context about team and culture, not just role specs. Clients have started quoting the retention language back in kickoff calls.
TalentBridge is a fictional brand created by WebStackRank to demonstrate a recruitment / hr website concept. It is a design concept, not a client project.
