Skyline Estates — Luxury Real Estate Website
A refined navy-and-gold website for Skyline Estates — featured luxury listings, property search, advisor profiles and a discreet four-step buying process.
Challenge
Skyline Estates is a boutique luxury agency that deliberately takes on fewer clients — but its old website looked like a mass-market portal, with listing grids that made a villa look like a commodity. Founder Daniel Whitmore wanted the site to feel like the agency's actual service: discreet, senior, and precise, with private listings hinted at rather than splashed everywhere.
Approach
We designed a classic-corporate premium language: deep navy, restrained gold, Marcellus headlines with Inter body text. Real photography carries the luxury promise — a villa at dusk, a skyline penthouse interior, the city at golden hour. The copy emphasises the boutique model at every turn: senior advisors only, off-market network, unhurried private viewings. Listing cards show beds, baths and standout features with "price on request" rather than figures, reinforcing discretion. A working-style property search card overlaps the hero, giving the portal functionality without the portal feel.
Design highlights
The full-bleed photographic hero uses a left-weighted navy gradient for headline legibility, with a qualitative stats row (boutique, licensed, discreet) instead of invented numbers. The search card straddles the hero boundary — a classic real-estate pattern executed with premium restraint and a gold top border. Three featured listings use real photography with "New" and "Exclusive" badges; the dark agency section tells the founder story with a checklist of differentiators; and the advisor profiles give each team member a monogram medallion, role, and speciality.
Outcome
The site now qualifies buyers as much as it attracts them — visitors self-select into the boutique model before ever calling. The private-listings positioning creates a reason to register beyond browsing, building the agency's most valuable asset: its buyer database. The navy-and-gold identity is timeless enough to age well in a market full of trendy redesigns.
