WorkNest — Coworking Space Website
Playful rounded site for WorkNest coworking — warm coral palette, membership cards and a tour-booking flow as welcoming as the space itself.
Challenge
WorkNest’s space sells itself in person — the light, the coffee, the people — but its old website was a price table with stock photos of strangers’ offices. The challenge was to make the site feel like a tour: warm, human and specific, while making the free-trial day the irresistible next step.
The old site also hid the community — the actual product. Pricing tables can’t convey Friday drinks, the kitchen table, or the member who became your co-founder. The redesign had to make belonging visible.
Approach
We designed a playful-rounded experience on warm cream with coral and teal accents and Quicksand throughout. The hero headline is an invitation — "Your desk is waiting. The coffee’s on." — beside a card summarising the three membership types. Blobs, pills and soft shadows keep everything friendly; the space showcase names real rooms (the Quiet Loft, the Kitchen Table, the Garden Room) with gradient visuals; and the join process ends at "first coffee." Dogs-welcome and first-day-free do the trust work.
We also wrote the page like a host, not a landlord: "the coffee’s on," "stay for coffee," "bring a friend." Every prompt is an invitation. The free day removes the last shred of risk.
Design highlights
Highlights include the blob-dotted warm hero with a membership summary card, pill CTAs, rounded membership cards with tilt hover, a named-room showcase with gradient visuals, and a four-step join band ending in community. Testimonials are specific and human — the dog with his own desk spot — which is exactly how coworking decisions get made.
Coral leads, teal supports — the two accents never compete. Blobs and pills keep the geometry friendly, and the named rooms give the space a personality that stock photos never could.
Outcome
The site now converts like a good tour: warmly and without pressure. Tour bookings are one tap from every section, the free day removes all risk, and the brand feels like somewhere you would genuinely want to work.
Tour bookings increasingly mention the free day and the dog policy — small details that signal the right culture fit before anyone visits. The space sells itself; the site just opens the door.
