Refund Policy
The circumstances under which refunds may be issued for WebStackRank engagements.
We are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for projects engaged with WebStackRank.
Deposits
Initial deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced, as they cover scoping, planning and resource allocation that occur as soon as the engagement starts.
Milestone Payments
If a project is cancelled before a milestone is delivered, a partial refund proportional to the incomplete work may be issued at our discretion. All delivered work, files and licences will be transferred once any outstanding balance is settled.
Subscription & Retainer Services
Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. We do not issue refunds for partial months but will deliver the work covered by the final billing cycle.
Disputes
If you are unhappy with any deliverable, please contact us first. We will work to resolve issues before any refund is considered — most cases are solved with a friendly conversation.
