Services
WebStackRank provides digital services including web development, SEO, design and marketing. Project scope, timelines and fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payment
A deposit is required before project commencement. Remaining payments are due as outlined in your project agreement. Late payments may pause delivery until cleared.
Intellectual Property
Full ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment. WebStackRank retains the right to feature anonymised case studies in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions & Scope
Each engagement includes the revision rounds defined in the signed scope. Additional work is billed at our standard hourly rate and agreed in writing before starting.
Liability
WebStackRank's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
