White-Label & Outsourced Web Development

A senior remote team that ships under your brand. When you need to hire web developers without the headache of hiring, when a project needs senior capacity your team does not have, or when a partner contract requires NDA-strict delivery — this is the engagement model.

Senior Web Developer Outsourcing That Acts Like an Internal Team

Most US design agencies, marketing agencies, and management consultancies hit the same operational wall: a client signs a $100K project that requires senior engineering capacity, the in-house team is at 100%, and hiring takes 90 days. Outsource web development company options range from "two-engineer freelance shop on a marketplace" to "300-person dev shop overseas with account managers." Neither model is right for an agency that just needs senior capacity for a defined scope.

White label web development services from WebStackRank are built around the operational reality of US agencies. We sign your NDA, we ship as your work, your client never knows about us (or knows about us by agreement), and your project manager is the single point of contact. Engagements run as either extended-team (your engineers, plus 1-3 of ours, shipping PRs in your repo) or project-based (we deliver a fixed-scope artifact you ship to your client).

Web development outsourcing companies that race to the bottom on rate are a different category. We hire web developers at senior rates, charge accordingly, and produce work an agency can defend in front of a demanding client. If your business model relies on $35/hr offshore labour, we are not the right partner.

Engagement Models

Three Ways Agencies Engage Our Web Development Team

Different shapes for different operational needs.

MODEL A · PROJECT

Fixed-scope project

You hand us a SOW, we deliver a working artifact. You ship it to your client under your brand. No client communication from us.

USD $4,500 - $50,000+ per scope
MODEL B · EXTENDED TEAM

Extended-team capacity

1-3 of our engineers embedded in your Slack and Git workflow. PRs reviewed by your team. Minimum 4-week commitment.

USD $8,500 - $14,500 per engineer / month
MODEL C · DAY RATE

Sprint-by-sprint day rate

Short engagements: a 2-week sprint to ship a feature, a code-review week, an urgent rescue. No long commitment.

USD $800 - $1,400 per engineer / day
How It Works

How White-Label Engagements Operate Day-to-Day

NDA + master services agreement

You send your standard MSA + NDA, we sign. Or use our template. Mutual or one-way as you prefer. We have signed dozens.

Engineer interviews

You interview the named engineer(s) before the engagement starts. Standard for both models. We do not bait-and-switch after kickoff.

Communication channel

Your Slack, your Git, your project management tool (Linear, Jira, Asana, Basecamp). We work where you work.

Branding

Engagements ship as your work. We do not contact your client. Our involvement is disclosed only by your agreement. Email addresses can be on your domain if needed.

Reporting

Weekly written update or daily Slack standup — whichever fits your account-management rhythm.

Code ownership

Code is yours from commit one. Repos in your GitHub. No "we retain rights" trap.

Frequently Asked Questions

White-Label / Outsourced Web Development — Common Questions

White-label means the work ships as your brand and your client typically does not know we exist. Subcontract means we are a known vendor on the project — your client knows our team is involved. We do both; the distinction is governed by the NDA you sign with us.
Only by your explicit agreement. The default is: they do not. We do not contact your client, we do not have their contact info, we do not appear in commit messages or PR descriptions, we do not put our logo anywhere your client could see it.
Through your project manager by default. We can join client calls under your domain email if you want a "subject matter expert from our team" present, but the default operating model is your PM in front, us behind.
Day rate $800-$1,400 per engineer depending on stack and seniority. Monthly capacity $8,500-$14,500 per engineer for extended-team engagements. Fixed-scope project pricing follows our standard <a href="https://webstackrank.com/services/fixed-price-web-design" style="color:var(--primary-2);">fixed-price model</a>.
Project-based: no minimum (a 2-day code review is fine). Extended-team: 4-week minimum so we are not perpetually onboarding. Most extended-team engagements run 3-6 months.
Single engineer is the default for extended-team Model B. Some projects need a designer + developer or two engineers. We scope based on your need.
Your template by default. Mutual or one-way, your choice. If you do not have one, we have a defensible mutual NDA we can send you.
You. From commit one. We commit to your GitHub or wherever you host. No "we retain a perpetual license" clause.
Yes — see the stack list above. Need to hire python web developers, Node.js engineers, or WordPress / Drupal specialists? All in scope. <a href="https://webstackrank.com/services/technology-specific-web-development" style="color:var(--primary-2);">Full stack list</a>.
We are senior-rate, not budget-rate. Day rate is roughly equivalent to a US-based senior agency rate (5-15% below). What you save vs in-house hiring is overhead — no benefits, no recruitment, no firing risk, no idle capacity. What you do not save vs budget shops is the hourly rate — that gap pays for the senior quality.
