Framecast — Video Production Company Website
Neon-cyber site for Framecast video production — glowing edit-timeline visuals, showreel monitor and a project-brief flow for brands that need motion.
Challenge
Framecast’s showreel is electric, but its old site was a Vimeo link and a phone number — it relied entirely on referrals. The challenge was to build a site with the same energy as the work: neon, kinetic and confident, while giving corporate clients the process reassurance they need to commission video.
Video is also a trust-heavy purchase: clients hand over their brand to people with cameras. The old Vimeo-link site offered no process reassurance, which kept corporate budgets away.
Approach
We designed a neon-cyber experience in deep space-black with cyan and magenta accents. The hero pairs a showreel-style monitor — play button, glowing edit timeline — with a scanline animation and grid backdrop. Services cover brand, wedding, drone and post; the showcase uses gradient production cards; and the process band runs brief to premiere with revision rounds stated upfront. Copy balances swagger ("shot beautifully, edited ruthlessly") with producer-grade reliability.
We also split the narrative: swagger for the work ("shot beautifully, edited ruthlessly"), rigour for the process (shot lists, revision rounds, delivery formats). Each audience gets the register it needs.
Design highlights
Highlights include the monitor-style showreel hero with animated timeline, scanline sweep, neon-glow CTAs, glowing service cards, and gradient production showcase. The trust bar leads with licensed drone pilots — a real differentiator — and testimonials name business outcomes, not just pretty footage.
The monitor-style hero is doing triple duty: showreel placeholder, brand statement, and proof of craft. The glowing timeline suggests a project already in motion.
Outcome
The site now works as a 24/7 showreel and sales rep. Briefs arrive rougher but more numerous, corporate clients cite the process band as the reason they felt safe commissioning, and the brand finally moves at the speed of its edits.
